Atelier Rebul
Made in Istanbul, Türkiye, since 1895
Grew out of the Rebul pharmacy that French pharmacist Jean Cesar Reboul opened in Beyoğlu in 1895. His partner Kemal Müderrisoğlu took it over, and in 1938 the pharmacy launched Rebul Lavanda, a lavender cologne that became an Istanbul classic. The family relaunched the name as Atelier Rebul, a perfume and cosmetics brand with collections named after the city.

Partly checked 29 Sept 2026. The Guide Istanbul (2016) says the Atelier Rebul brand launched in 2013; the brand site does not give a year. The Turkish site says products are made in Turkey, but the Belgian Atelier Rebul site (atelierrebul.be) says it makes products in its own factory in Belgium, so where each product is made is unconfirmed. The original family pharmacy moved from İstiklal Caddesi to Meşelik Sokak in 2015 and is run separately as Rebul 1895; its current status was not checked.
